Web Designing and Developing Terms and Conditions

1. According to the data the client has provided, a 'Flow' will be built.
   A Flow shows the website 'tree' and the services applied to the site, along with the total cost.
   
   
2. A 25% of the amount declared is due when the 'flow' is approved. The 'Flow' can be edited to suit the client's needs.
   
   
3. The client chooses a template of our huge selection.
   (A 'template' is the design of one page of the website, in most cases it is the home page).
   
   
4. If the client approves the customized version of the template he chose, another 25% of the total cost is due here.
   (If the client doesn't approve the customization, we will provide one more free of charge. However if the client still needs more template's customizations, the cost will rise 300 EGP for each he/she asks for.
   
   
5. Construction of the whole website takes place according to the chosen template, text provided from client along with all services we agreed upon.
   (In this phase, client has the right of 3 changes (sent to us via email) which are not related to template /animation /flash /dynamic backend /structure. After the 3 changes, each change will add 10% to the total cost.
   (If client requires changes to the template/animation/flash/dynamic backend /structure, it will be considered as separate tasks).
   
   
6. The designing process ends if the client signs out or if he/she didn’t ask for any more changes in a period of 5 business days after website delivery and/or uploading to chosen host (if applicable). Payment of the 50% of the cost is due here.
   
   
7. Also the sources of all files will be delivered on a CD/DVD to the client.
   
   
8. Please note that Liberated Systems' policy is to provide the service first, then payment is due after; Thus all payments made to Liberated Systems are for earned services and are non-refundable.
   
   
9. Also please note that any communication between the client and Liberated Systems (for asking for changes, updates or making comments during the designing process) should be made via email.
   
   
10. Liberated Systems reserves the right to add, delete or modify any provision of this policy at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by any changed Liberated Systems may reasonably make to this agreement when such changes are made.
